Introducing: The Recruiting Insider Membership

We’ve got something we’re really excited to finally share with the IEC community.

Over the past few years, we’ve had the chance to work alongside a lot of families, IECs, and counselors supporting student-athletes. Over time, one thing keeps coming up. Recruiting is complicated, it’s changing quickly, and it’s hard to find one place that brings it all together in a clear, practical way.

So we built it.

We just launched The Recruiting Insider, a new membership designed specifically for IECs, counselors, and families who want to better understand and navigate the recruiting process.

This isn’t just more content. It’s meant to be a working tool.

Weekly office hours to ask questions in real time. A resource hub with templates and guidance you can actually use with students. Monthly insider updates on what’s happening right now across recruiting.

The goal is to give counselors more confidence when these conversations come up, and to give families a clearer path forward.
